To add and manage value added products, first navigate to your user name on the top right and select [settings] from the drop down menu.
Then select [Sales] on the side menu on the left of your screen.
You can then add new products or amend existing products.
To add a new product:
Click the green [+ Add] button.
You can then select the product 'type' and add your parameters such as RRP, Term, and any restrictions you wish to apply such as mileage, fuel type, etc.
Make sure to scroll down and [Save] any changes.
To amend an existing product:
Simply click the 'edit pencil' and make any changes.
Make sure to scroll down and [Save] any changes.
Sundry Items:
These items are added similar by clicking the green [+ Add] button.
Name the product by using the 'Description' field.
You can then select the RRP, Vat status (Tax Rate) and set the parameters for the product.
Optional: You need to toggle this within the deal if you wish to add it.
Add to deals by default: Will be added by default and unable to be removed.
Variable RRP: Allows you to manage the price on a 'case-by-case' basis.
Make sure to scroll down and [Save] any changes.
If you have selected "Optional" - when viewing the deal, click 'Edit' next to the 'Vehicle' to add the sundry item:
You can then scroll down, Select the item, and [Save].
