Setting up custom inbox email address

To setup a custom email address (i.e. [email protected]) to work with our messaging and CRM system you need to complete the following steps:

  1. Setup a forwarder with your companies email provider to forward mail from the custom address (i.e. [email protected]) to the systems inbox address

  2. Add the following TXT record to your domain:

    v=spf1 include:dealerkit.email ~all
  3. Send an email to [email protected] requesting activation of the new address
