Team Training & Reduced Operating Hours

We’re pleased to share that DealerKit has seen significant growth over the past year, and that progress is reflected across our team too.

This year, we have doubled the size of the DealerKit team, and next week we’ll be introducing some of our newest members. This growth has been made possible thanks to the continued support of our incredible dealer network, and we’re hugely grateful to each and every one of you.

As we continue to grow, it’s important that we take the time to train, develop and structure our team in the right way, so we can continue improving the service and support we provide across every area of the business.

With that in mind, next week DealerKit will be running a series of training sessions with our new team members, alongside wider team training across the business.

During this period, our support services will be reduced at certain times to allow the team to take part in these sessions.

Telephone, in-app & email operating hours for the coming week:

Monday 15th June: Telephone lines closed. If you have an urgent issue, please leave a message. Support via the blue bubble chat facility & email will be open as normal from 10:30am to 3:00pm.

Tuesday 16th June: Open as usual from 10:30am to 3:00pm

Wednesday 17th June: Open as usual from 10:30am to 3:00pm

Thursday 18th June: Open as usual from 10:30am to 3:00pm

Friday 19th June: Telephone lines closed. If you have an urgent issue please leave a message. Support via the blue bubble chat facility and email will be open as normal from 10:30am to 3:00pm.

Outside of these times, please leave us a message and, unless your enquiry is urgent, a member of the team will come back to you the next working day.

We really appreciate your understanding while we invest this time into strengthening the DealerKit team. This training will help us continue to improve the level of support, service and communication we provide to our dealers.
