Markets are used to track how the system should handle the sale of a specific vehicle, there are two markets available on the system:
Retail - For stock that is to be sold to retail customers
Trade - For stock that is to be sold to traders, auctions, etc
When you add a vehicle to the system it is added to 'Retail' stock by default, however Part Exchanges that come in against deals are set to 'Trade' by default.
Changing the Market of a vehicle
You first need to find the vehicle, you can do this by searching by VRM or make / model in the top left search bar.
Then click on the 'Edit' button in the top left of the vehicle screen:
The click on pricing:
At the bottom of the screen you will see the 'Market' drop down, change this to your desired market and click save:
