How to Manage Job Card Types & Automations

Navigate to Jobs Settings

  1. Click your user name in the top-right corner.

  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.

  3. In the left sidebar, click on Jobs.

Set Up MOT Automation

  1. Within the Jobs section, locate MOT Automation.

  2. Toggle On the automation.

  3. Configure your desired parameters.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Add or Manage Job Card Types

  • To add a new job card: Click the green [+ Add] button.

  • To edit an existing job card: Click the pencil icon (edit).

To enable automation for a job card:

  1. Open the job card entry.

  2. Click ⚑ Setup Automation.

  3. Choose your preferred automation parameters.

  4. Remember to click Save when you're done.
