First goto the deals tab, find the deal you would like to change the status for and click on the deal number:
Scroll to the bottom of the deal overview screen and click on the 'Edit' button next to the distance sale status:
Scroll down to the distance sale card and either check or uncheck the distance sale check box, then click 'Save' Changes':
