To create a custom view:

  1. From your DealerKit dashboard, navigate to the area you want to customise (for example, Leads).

  2. Once on the Leads page, click Filter in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. A dropdown menu will appear showing the available filter options, such as:

    • Status

    • Colleague

    • Date range

    • Additional lead-specific filters

  4. Select the filters you want to apply to your view, then click Apply at the bottom of the filter panel.

  5. After applying the filters:

  • The page overview will update to show Custom View in the top-left corner.

  • Click the Save icon next to this to:

    • Give your custom view a name

    • Set it as your default view (optional)

    • Choose whether to share the view with other users on your account

Once saved, you can switch between views at any time by clicking the current view name in the top-left corner. This will display a list of all available views, with your custom views shown under Saved Views at the bottom.
