Sometimes you may need to raise a non-vehicle related invoice, this guide shows you how.

Getting Started

Navigate to the accounting area by clicking on the 'Accounting' option on the main navigation:

Creating a new invoice

Then click on the green '+ Invoice' button in the top right of the invoices screen:

You will then need to enter the required fields such as the date & team customer, you can add a new customer by clicking on the green '+' button next to the customer field:

Adding an invoice item

You can then add your first invoice item by clicking on the blue 'Add' button to the right of the invoice:

You will then be prompted to add the description, type, amount and VAT tariff for the item, when you're done click the 'Add' button:

Repeat this step for all of the items you wish to add to the invoice.

Saving and Printing, Emailing or Downloading the Invoice

You can then save the invoice by clicking the 'Save' button at the bottom of the invoice:

To print or e-mail the invoice, click on the 'More' button in the bottom left hand corner of the invoice:

This will present a menu to print, email or download the invoice:

Searching Invoices

You can search invoices using the search bar in the top left-hand corner of any screen. Search by customer name, invoice number, VRM or description.

You can then scroll right to the 'invoices' results or click on the 'invoices' button to show only invoices, then click on the invoice you want to view:

Deleting an invoice

To delete an invoice, first find the invoice using the stems above, then click on the 'More' button and then 'Delete' deleting an invoice will also remove all associated payments.
